My boyfriend is off on a boys weekend so I’ve made myself a saturday night treat – pan fried tuna steak with chilli, ginger & garlic, some homemade chocolates made from raw cacao and a cheeky little glass of red wine to top it off – yum!
I’m trying to eat oily fish such as fresh tuna steak, wild salmon fillet, trout, fresh or smoked mackerel, sardines or pilchards 3 times a week due to their high omega 3 content.
